The Mush Series can only be found during November, though. Mushrooms are also way more common during November rather than with special stumps.

No, I'm in November too. I'm finding mushrooms all over near trees, not just by stumps. Most are just regular rare mushrooms but some are part of the Mush set series. I think the point is to look for all the pieces. My tree also got smaller which I suspect it's about to lose its leaves for winter. The town tree always looses its leaves for winter so I guess its normal

Don't worry, you're not alone! Tbh I kind of freaked out when I saw my tree shrunk. And the first time my perfect tree was destroyed, I didn't shake trees for weeks ~_~ I'm dumb...
