So I just got teddy but accidentally voided him in my cycle town. So I went from my main town to pick him up from my cycle town's void, and I'm plot resetting and his plot isn't showing up! I time travelled 8 days forward before resetting and it's not there. What does this mean??

When you pick up a voided villager, there's a chance that they could move into your town. So I guess Teddy didn't get picked up from the void.

its only 4 days, thats the maximum time they can move in.

I would say to wait and start with a new character everyday just in case, or TT 1 day at a time and try resetting more than once each day just to see if his plot shows up sometimes but not all the time.
When I voided Mira from Roselake I was sure I'd picked her up with my main town but she didn't show up right away. It wasn't until a few days later when I wanted to get a different villager that she started to plot her house.
