Ugly Tan

How do I get rid of this tan? I look so stupid.. Ugh..
I'm so dark and I'm not getting lighter..

Keep a brimmed hat on or hold an umbrella. Also, avoid clear skies if you don't have either of these items. I think time travelling can also get rid of tans.

I was pretty tanned, but then I ttd 2 days and I was so pale xD Now I have a tiny tan

But anyway put on a brimmed hat or hold an umbrella, like they said ^^^ You can only tan 9-5 I believe (I read it somewhere I may be wrong...

wear a hat during the day. i know, i know. hats suck. but if you want to stay nice and pale you have to. it's the only way to play during the day and not get tanned

This tan is bugging the heck out of me. First of all, tanning has risks so why promote it?? But to have to stay indoors until night or the end of September is not fun. Now I don't even go to the island until night, but many bugs aren't around then.

I look awful. They say to carry an umbrella but that's a major pain to change gear all the time. Grrrrr

I was getting pretty tanned towards the end of July, but then went away for a bit and while away could only play during the night and it went away pretty fast.

I recently got pretty tanned; I don't want to wear a brimmed hat because I have a Crown, so I grabbed a Peach parasol, and made sure to park myself indoors for a few days whenever I wasn't playing. I watered my flowers after the sun went down, caught palm beetles on the island after 7pm, etc. Now I'm less tanned and pretty happy with the level of tan I have. It only took a few days to make a noticeable difference in how less tanned I appeared.

I just had my character stay AFK in my house for a few hours, and the next day I logged on I was back to vanilla white lolol
Since then I have always worn my Parasol while walking outside.

I wear the Straw Boater during the day and never tan.
