Personally, if you had to choose who to move out, I say definitly look at all the villagers you have and feel out one who you least like the most out of all of them, as it may narrow down the odds of having such a hard time of choosing (even though it still may be hard aha) Or, if you can't decide upon just looks of the villager, maybe you can see what personalities you have double or triple and maybe replace one with the Uchi. After looking at your list, it seems you have a lot of wolf villagers, perhaps you could discard a wolf villager? Definitly give it some thought before you decide to TT one out.
My favorite Uchi's are personally Phoebe (as she was my very first Uchi type) Muffy and Mira repsectivley. Phoebe was always a fan favorite of mine. Not just becuase she was my very first Uchi, but because she was in the form of a Phoenix, which happens to be one of my favorite myth animals. I felt her fiery personality matched her colors and theme very well.
Muffy would be next for me simply becuase of her epic gothic lolita look. She is also a sheep which is quite funny since her personality is Uchi, quite opposite from a sheep which I usually associate with being shy. She also has an epic looking house which I love.
Mira is awesome simply for the fact of her Sailor Moon reference (Being based off of Sailor Venus or Minako from Sailor Moon) She is also cute and looks the part of an Uchi personality. I usually always see Minako when i see her so the personality is very fitting. Her cute sailor V outfit is very adorable too.
