Got a second ACNL copy, yay! Now I can finally cycle to achieve my dreamies and yours

Rules:
1.Follow me once getting into my town, NO RUNNING, PICKING UP, ETC!
2.You must pay before we go in.
3.I do accept lurkers.
4.There is a lurker fee for T1-T2 (only 15 TBT), T3-T5 is free.
5.I will give up to 30 minutes for lurkers to respond.
6.To make sure you read, put owlwolf in your post.
7.I'll let lurkers know when their Villager is 'In Boxes'.
8.T1s may go into auction.
9.First come first serve.
10.I will auto-void T5.
11.Any positive Wi-fi ratings would be nice
12.PM me for any other questions.
13.Reservation fee is 20 TBT for T1-T2, 10 TBT for T3, T4-T5 free.
14.Must send payments before I can do anything.
15.Cannot guarantee 100% original Villager.
16.Villgers will be voided after 30 minutes no matter what.
17.I can decline a trade.
Payment per villager:
- Tier 1 = 200 tbt
- Tier 2 = 120 tbt
- Tier 3 = 75 tbt
- Tier 4 = 45 tbt
- Tier 5 = AV but, payment is any 1 flower
