( Hi Sorry to spam the thread like this but I need some cycling tips, I am trying to get marshal to leave so someone can hold him, so I can restart my town, I have been trying for two days, yet nothing seems to be working, help me..please)

Oh gosh, sometimes no matter how good a cycler you are---some villagers can just be REALLY stubborn. Here's what I'd recommend. If you've really been trying for quite some time to get him out, and he's being stubborn ( Like my own Felicity was. ) if you have anyone in the same town as Marshal that you can part with/ISN'T a dreamie, and they've pinged you? Let them go first. You can give them away/void them. Then continue again. I was recently trying to get out a villager myself, and they were being stubborn until I did this.
Otherwise, there's nothing really that can be done. Make sure that Marshal was NOT the tenth villager in your village because if he was and you haven't let go of someone else yet, it's impossible. If he was your tenth villager, you simply have to do the above.
However, if that isn't the case ( him being your tenth ) and you have no one else you can let go of, just keep trying. It took me almost a year in-game to get Felicity out when she had moved into my significant others town. I got so frustrated and angry, but I just kept trying. Everyone else would ping so many times, before she FINALLY decided to leave.
Make sure also that you're treating Marshal right too. Don't hit him with any nets or anything. If he asks for favors, it's typically better to do them for him. This will make it so your friendship with him grows, and he'll be more likely to move out faster.

Since I haven't TT'd him into boxes, unlike with Zucker, I can hold him for a little while for the winner. No worries.

I know I do not have a 'dreamie' signature, but I have been looking for Beau for a long time now and if you look through my posts, here and tumblr, its clear hes a dreamie of mine.
