Yeah... I had a very interesting night yesterday.

So I finally decided to get my dad to recalibrate my Gamecube lens, which has been busted and was getting DRE's for around 3 months, maybe more. So, the first thing we needed to do is to open the 'Cube. The guys at Nintendo suuuuure put in those screws securely... There was no way to unscrew them... We had to burn BIC pens, insert them into there, and take out the screws. So, we did that, and then followed a complex tutorial, which ended with us completely removing all of our Cube's innards, getting to a VERY small thingy called the polinomitor, or something like that... So, the instructions state..

"Turn the polinomitor less than three degrees anti-clockwise."

Less than three degrees... Hmm... The next sentence wasn't happy either...

"If you do more than that, the lens may burn out at once."

So, my dad cautiously turned the polinomitor three degrees anti-clockwise, put the Gamecube's parts back in, and, we tested it...

IT WORKED!!!!

No more DRE's, no more freezes, nothing! I can finally rent and BUY games for my Gamecube! >

Also, DRE's stands for Disk Read Error's.

that reminds me of when I was going to try and fix the used PS2 I bought because it wouldn't read half the time.

I found the instructions and opened it up when I realized I could return it and get one that did work lol.

I believe its coming before, but if you put them game in a revo, you can use some of the Revo features... atleast, thats what they say.

Well, what I mean by after, is the weekend after.

Or wait, make that the other way around...

TP comes out exactly a week before the Rev, that's my prediction.
