So I have a LOT of bells invested in the Stalk Market this week, but it's all gone a bit wrong. As hubby also has the game, we have two towns to choose from when it comes to selling, but his town is currently on the ever-decreasing pattern and mine is just...odd.
Here's my pattern so far:
124 132 104 131 113 78 70 123
In hindsight, I probably should have sold on Monday afternoon at 132. I was expecting it to be a small spike pattern, but it fell again on Tuesday morning. I've had a pattern before where the prices went up/down/up/down all week and I never got two increases together, or two decreases together.
So, to those traders in the know, should I sell now or are my prices likely to increase again tomorrow?
Hubby's pattern is: 85 81 77 73 68 65 60 56, so I know there's unlikely to be any increase there.
Mine are currently at 144 if you want to sell here.
There is a few turnip threads and groups (Communites) round the forums who post up their prices.
Usually people will sell at other peoples towns if the price is 400+ but as the week goes on and you get closer to Sunday people are more inclined to sell at lower prices.
Thanks nooky13 - it looks like the person who posted the last turnips thread on the Re-Tail board has shut up shop for the day. It's not so much that I want to make a huge profit (although obviously that would be nice), more that I'd like to understand what pattern, if any, I have going on here. Along with wanting to make some profit, of course ;-) And thanks so much for the offer, if I can't get a clear idea of what's going to happen with my prices tomorrow I may just take you up on it!
My spare town was at over 400 yesterday for the morning. If I dump those turnips at my main town and time travel back, you're more than welcome to come over and sell there?
