that's not true. in my town, nook was selling for 197 before noon, then after, he jumped to 512. it's totally random.

do any of you guys have a high turnip price? i could use some money over here, but i got low one at my town at around 82 bells in the afternoon.

wouldn't be a good idea to post 2 seperate turnip prices by time like midnight > afternoon price and afternoon > midnight price?
