Here's mine! It's Celestefey (same as my TBT username). At the moment I've been reblogging a ton of Steven Universe but I tag it all so you can blacklist it (#steven universe). Actually I tag most if not all of my posts. I also reblog a lot of game related posts, mostly Nintendo - Splatoon, Fire Emblem Awakening, and Animal Crossing especially. Other stuff: cute animals, text posts, photography, some anime (nothing too trashy, though </3), and that's about it.

I use this

It's an extension for Chrome and you just type in whatever you want to block. In your case, nsfw.
It works only if the posts are tagged or contain the text nsfw.
