Artwork tumblr qr sign?

i know there's a qr sign that's for tumblr urls and stuff
its a simple brown thingy with the t on it
omfg i cannot find it anywhere it's bugging me, does anyone have it?

It's not a QR, you have to make it yourself so you can put it on your custom-design sign!

well there is a way to edit qrs online and add your own information so i assumed it was like that too
