Buying Tulips for landscaping

I'm working at a project right now and I really need some tulips! I'd pay 2TBT per flower.
Tulips I need:

3 Black tulips
4 orange tulips
3 pink tulips
(3 purple tulips)
(3 red tulips)
(4 white tulips)
(5 yellow tulips)

Also, if someone has about 5 pink and 5 blue hydrangeas, I'd be glad to buy them! (Also for 2TBT per start)

I am ok with 5tbt as i have more tulips than i need.
2tbt seems a lot especially for the regular flowers.
