NOTE: A few updates have happened to the rules and lists in the post. Rules are mostly clarification. Tiers have been made up to date and tier list is now linked. List of villagers I am looking for has been updated due to progress in the 16 villager cycle.


And as for an update to the town's cycling, I did not have much time to make much progress today due to being a bit busy. Hopefully more should go on tomorrow. Until then, I'll be frequently checking the thread and updating it as possible!
