TTing in regards to the Harvest Festival

I personally can't wait for my 2nd villager, Tune, to unlock the island, and I need to wait 1 more day. I already made the dishes for the holiday, but i want to TT back to yesterday, then to today to unlock Tune's access to the island. Thing is, I already sold all my spare mushrooms I had on hand, and I'm personally not up to all those fishing fetch quests to make the food again.

If I TT out of the holiday, then back into it, will the dishes be reset?

Yes. If you go back or forward a day and then back to the current day, it's like the current day never happened.

Heck...... I might just pretend it happened, then, and flatly deny whenever the game data says otherwise. Like a liar.
