TTing after a villager's birthday?

Rex's birthday is coming up on the 24th and I haven't had a villager birthday so far so I'm looking forward to it. But I just got Buck's photo and that's all I've been waiting to kick him out... I only time travel for that.
I need to go forward a month, when I come back will I still be able to celebrate it normally?

Yes, you will.
I once time traveled back and forth during Roscoe's birthday because Redd was on my island the day before and Flick was on my island the day after so I time traveled quite heavily between those two. Isabelle announced Roscoe's birthday every time I traveled to June 16.
You are going to get duplicate messages about Rex's birthday on the message board from Tom Nook, but time travelling won't affect you celebrating his birthday.

Yep! I actually TTed a lot when there were the Bunny Day/Wedding, going back and forth, and as a result celebrated a few villager birthdays multiple times. You'll get extra bulletin board messages about it, but that's really the only "drawback".

Also, I now just realized Rex's birthday is coming up (I have him on my island, too) so thanks for that

yep! when you tt back to his birthday date after you're done, you'll still be able to celebrate it normally.
i tt a lot so i'm pretty sure i celebrated walker's bday back in june at least 4 times already lmao....
