TT Tree

Ok today I tried TTing until... I TTed to Winter and got a festive tree. sakura came and I went to my house to put the tree in when all of a sudden...It was gone! it Dc'd and all of a sudden a snowglobe that disappered as well came back but not the tree. WHATS GOING ON?!
Also when I open up my gate no one can get in...WTH!!!
