trick for completing the fossil collection

I saw several posts on different threads about users having difficulty completing their fossil collections for the museum. here's a trick I used to speed up the process of finding those final fossils:

I waited until I had 16 unidentified fossils before I went to see Blathers to have them identified. (you could accrue 16 of them naturally, or by time travelling).

then, carry all 16 fossils in your pockets to Blathers, and have them identified all at once. Review the resulting fossils. If you don't have any of the fossils you needed, then quit without saving; the fosisls will go back to being unidentified, and Blathers will give you a new random set of indentifications when you go to see him this time with the 16 unidentified fossils.

Repeat until you get what you are looking for among the results, and enjoy all the honors that come to you when you finally complete your fossil collection!

Oh wow! I've just completed mine but I had to purchase 3 of the fossils otherwise I'd have been waiting a long time (even longer tan I've waited already). Brilliant tip! Had no idea
