Is there a specific maximum amount of trees/bamboo that you can have in your town ?.

Or is it just also possible to have a place where a shoot can grow but not a tree. ( in the axect same spot )

Or is it just that there can be 5 dead spots in a row.

the T are were I want my saplings.
But the keep dying.

And on the first and last T was a shoot ( the day before yesterday )
And only changed those 2 shoots with a ceder sapling.

Is this in the northern part of town or the southern part?
Cedar trees will only grow in the nothern half of town.
Try planting a regular sapling or fruit tree in the "T" spots to see if they will grow.
If they will, then you are too far south for a cedar tree to grown.

That can't be cause the stumps are also ceder saplings.

if the trees are surrounded, they won't grow.

Trees need at least one space in all directions to grow. This is the main limiting factor on the number of trees, there is no set maximum per town.

Even if there's enough space for a tree to grow, if it's surrounded the sapling will wilt. Take a look at this guide.

There is no maximum but to reach a perfect town you can have Max 200 trees

a bush can grow next to a tree bc its small i guess? but i dont think ive seen full grown bamboo next to a full grown tree

Doesn't look like it's breaking the 15 rule. maybe the 9 rule though just because the spaces are all taken up, if it's the middle one dying that's maybe the case, but if it's all of them maybe they're just on the North/South border.
