Trash effecting perfect towns

If you only have a couple pieces of stuff outside that the game considers trash like furniture and fossils will that effect your perfect town rating? Last night i had too much in my pockets so i dropped*one furniture, one fossil, one ore, and one pitfall and the night before I left out two bush starts and one sapling. Yesterday i looked for a Jacob's ladder and couldn't find one but today I just did. So would it effect my perfect town?

Stuff on the ground affects Perfect Town rating.

If you talk to Isabelle, she'll tell you the town looks like a landfill.

That should be fine. I think if it's over 10 items, that is when it affects it.

Fruit, fossils and seashells on the ground don't affect the town (not sure about beehives). Anything else does.

Isabelle thinks my Spring town is a landfill. It has lollipops and baskets of perfect apples along the pathways.
It's decorations and not garbage. So I'm leaving it there.
