Well we didn't have any restocks for several months before this week. They did several this week to spice things up. If there are too many restocks, the Japanese letters collectibles will become too common.

the japanese letters already feel common now.... I used to only see a handful of people with japanese letters, now everyone and their mom has it. -_-
