2. No reservations. I'd prefer you could take the items right away.
3. Must have 90-100% wifi rating. I'd prefer 100% though.
4. On some occassions I won't be online, so I couldn't trade/sell at that time.
5. Please be patient, it'll took a while for me to take out the items and settle the trades.
6. Please drop your items/Bells first before I take out the items(better if it's already on ground).
7. When I've dropped the items, please recheck the items, just to make sure I got it right.
8. I will leave you a feedback so I'd like it if you leave me one too.
