Unfortunately I cannot stop Lucky from moving out -> I am trying to make a DOG-town, so I am really sad Lucky is moving,, So if anyone wants to trade Lucky for another Dog (Shep, Goldie, Cookie, Butch, Bones, Bea?.) that is also great!
