Giveaway /[Trading] Francine (please read post first!) [OVER]

I'll pick who gets Francine sometime today (4/27/14). I'm going to sleep after I post this and will pick someone sometime after I wake up depending on whether I find someone I want to adopt Francine.

I'd be nice if I could get a fish set because I'm lazy, but I'm also willing to give her away for free. This is not going to be first come, first serve. I'm going to pick one person based on the content of their post (feel free to tell me why you'd like her), whether or not a fish set was offered, and wi-fi ratings. Keep in mind I may pick someone based just on the content of their post over someone just offering a fish set. I really want Francine to go to a good home.

Rules
1. Francine must be your dreamie. I want her to go to a permanent home.
2. Please don't have anyone in your void pool. If you know you have someone in your void pool, you may dump him/her into my cycle town. If you're unsure, we can go through the process of dumping your possibly voided villager into my cycle town anyways to be sure.
3. Include Francine's default catchphrase in your unedited post to show you read all this.

Details about Francine: Her catchphrase is original. Her shirt is not original. Not sure the name of her shirt but it's white with blue horizontal and vertical lines (I personally think it looks nice on her). Her house is not original. I replaced most of her furniture with regal furniture refurbished blue. There aren't any bugs or fish in her house.

I'd love to have Francine in my town. I don't own a lovely signature pic like most of this community does, but I can link to a post where I listed my dreamies.
I personally think, that Francine wouldn't be happy without her sister (I think they are twins), that's why I want to have both in my town, next to each other.
They kind of remind me of me and my best friend, so different but equal at the same time.
Well I like to eat carrots, karat.
I don't mind the originality of her house, shirt or whatever as just for me only the character counts.
Francine would live permanent and I'll never let her go (evil laughter) ^^
However. Sleep well and thank you for doing this. It's a really nice opportunity!

Why do I want Francine? Well, I'll just tell you now.

I really want a unique town. I decided my theme wouldn't be too colourful, but I did want a unique splash of colour. And Francine and Chrissy were it. I had Francine in my old town, but she left unexpectedly days before I was meant to be getting Chrissy. Because Francine wasn't there, I cancelled the trade for Chrissy. Why have one without the other? In devastation, I decided to continue the game. At the time I was already cycling for one snooty. I got that snooty back (Diana to be specific) and wasn't feeling it. I wanted Francine. This was about 7 villagers after Francine moving out that I got Diana. I thought 'maybe I should cycle'. Sadly, I couldn't cycle further for Francine since my town corrupted. I planned on resetting anyway, however lost many of my dream villagers. I soon forgot about Francine, but in my current town, I needed to decide on a snooty and peppy. It then hit me: 'the bunnies are back in.'
For my coffee/hot drink themed town, why not have a duo? They may not be coffee related but they make a perfect duo to take part in the Sugarpea crew. If I get Francine, I will be one step closer to getting my duo. I have an open space because Stitches moved without warning.. baha :c
I can just imagine it now. Francine and Chrissy, living next to each other, having fun with Vesta, Skye, Tia, Shep, etc.

Francine is not my dreamie, but my 7 year old sisters dreamie, karat.

Ever since my sister saw francine in my friends town, shes wanted her ever since. Whenever someones in the campsite, she is basically praying for francine. When a new house is being built? She is hoping its francine. My sister is afraid or doesnt like most of her villagers, eg rasher and lucky, and I would love to get her the dreamie she's being wanting ever since new leaf was released. I know she would take care of francine, and will most likely never even think of letting her move.

Francine is my last dreamie, as you can see from my sig, so she would have a permanent place in Windella. I really want my town to have at least one of every villager type, karat. But I do not care for most of the snooties- Francine is the only one I like! I even have a great spot where her house could sit and a dark polka shirt for her to wear :>

I just recently got my first full-time job out of school. It's been pretty tiring so far and my social life is nowhere to be found. ACNL is, now more than ever, what I do for fun in my spare time. So it would totally life my spirits to see the empty house plot filled by the snooty cutie Francine.

I do know I have Rhonda in my void pool- it was tough to let her go (she was one of my originals) but I needed to make room for my last dreamie.

Francine was one of my first dreamies ever, I've been dying to have her, and I even have Chrissy to go with her, Karat. I saw her in the wiki while looking at some other villagers and I thought she was absolutely gorgeous, I love her eyes and everything about her. I'm usually not into snooty villagers but she's the only one I really like. Recently my friend has been scouting for Francine for me and found like two giveaways , but I was full so I didn't have any room! I was a little bummed out, so hopefully, you choose me! If not me then congratulations to the winner!

I'm currently plot resetting right now. I'll pick someone after I am satisfied with their spot. Hopefully it doesn't take too long ): Right now, it seems they are determined to live in my forest.
