I believe he's entirely, if not 99%, original, since he's been in my town for all of 5 minutes, and I've barely spoken to him, nor visited his house.
I'm missing my old villagers a lot, so I'm looking for: Lily, Diana, Poppy, Mitzi, Rosie, and Merengue. My new mayor is lacking in funds, though, so I'm open to IGB offers as well!
