Just letting you know that your criteria are likely way too specific for anyone to be able to meet them. Villager trading in general has died down, so I would instead recommend selling her for TBT (site currency). You may still not receive any offers, but it's worth trying. Then, you can visit one of the many villager shops who will most likely have the horse villagers you are looking for.

You're welcome. If you need to earn TBT, just make a post in one of the Animal Crossing boards. Of course it has to be of a minimum quality, but as long as it makes coherent sense and is on-topic, you should be fine. It should only take 1 or 2 posts to get up to 5 TBT.
