Looking for/buying threads aren't allowed because we have so many people looking for dreamies that if we allowed them all to make looking for/buying threads (yes this thread, even though tagged Trading, is a looking for thread) that it would spam the board and push all other threads down. We don't need a hundred or so threads staying "I'm looking for so and so!" "Bump" "Good luck!" etc. That's what your signature is for and the official looking for/trading/buying thread that was linked for you earlier.
