Trading Trading Ankha to get Phoebe

I am currently TT'ing to get Ankha to move out of my cycling town. She has changed shirts, but to my knowledge her beautimous home is still in tact.

I am looking for Phoebe for my main town. I need her ASAP so that no one random moves in (it's a non-TT'ing town). Ankha would be moving out on Feb. 4 or 5, depending on how stubborn she is about leaving.

I'm leaving this oepn until about 11 pm on Feb. 4 (Central Time). Please leave a comment if you have Phoebe and wish to trade! First come (and available), first served!

ETA 2: I am ONLY trading for PHOEBE. My second choice of uchi character (Cherry) has already been offered over on Reddit. That's my back up plan should I not get a Phoebe offer.
