Trade Reports?

I think we should have a separate forum for things called "Trade Reports"

They're used to grade people on how well they trade with others.

If someone's a good trader they'd get an A or A+
If someone's a bad trader, they don't get a topic at all.

And when you grade people, the topic would be just the persons user name.

Like if I was trading with stormcommander, the topic would be called "stormcommander" and I would say how well he's done and grade him.
