Lurkers will be notified when villagers they are lurking go into boxes 15 minutes before it is posted so they can send offers, this does not guarantee you will get the villager as I may reject the offer.

Tier 4: Auto-Void

Currently only accepting TBT. Tier 4 and 5 are free. Just offer what you think is reasonable for each character.
☆Information On Reservations☆
If you reserve a villager you have 24 hours to pick them up when they go into boxes.
If you do not pick them up in those 24 hours lurkers will then be notified and it will be posted that the villager is now up for grabs. You will be refunded your TBT.
☆More Information☆
Make sure you have a slot for your villager or else I will have to sell the villager to another person unless the villager is reserved. If you are not online and you offer the highest amount for a villager they will go to the next highest amount offered. If you buy/adopt a villager depending on their tier they will be resold or voided.

-No picking up anything from the ground
-No wandering off anywhere or going to shops, the island, Main Street, etc.
