Town Tunesss

I know some people have great tunes and I'm looking to make one- I don't know how, is there a possibility someone could make one for me? The name of the song is 'Insanity' by Vocaloid.
I kinda wanted it done for a while but never got anyone to do. If someone can do it, thank you!
If you can't do it, what's your town theme? Does it match your town?

Mine is the item-get noise from the Metroid series, it has absolutely nothing to do with my town, I just didn't want to use a Zelda tune again.

You have to adjust them a little because the little frogs are different now, but it isn't too hard.

Do you have any idea how I could get one made? I'm not smart enough to make my own. :[

I'm pretty sure the frogs are just notes, so I would Google what the notes to the song are and try to match it with the frogs. So an A note would be an A frog. You'd have to play with it a little, of course.

I'm a visual person, not a musician, soooo... good luck though.

If you end up with sheet music, you can pretty easily find a chart explaining what note is what.
