i've tried to make my own, but i just can't get the notes right

If no one one beats me to it, I'm more than willing to help, and for free.

For making your own tune, just keep in mind, you only get two measures of common time, and it's all in eighth notes (around 5 seconds). So you're actually better off looking for sheet music than the songs on youtube (This site always has a good selection of anime sheet music: http://ichigos.com/sheets).

Unfortunately, the section you asked for for Dear You consists of mainly 16th notes. I can slow it down, but you'll get less of the song, and it won't sound the same.

I tried making the first link tune only to realize that it contains sharp notes, so it's impossible.

I can try, though it depends if you're looking for the chorus or a verse.
It won't sound exactly the same if it needs to be changed to a different key. Just as the person above said, you only get two measures of common time, and it's all in eighth notes (around 5 seconds). Dear You is a tad difficult to do >__<

You can transpose the key to C. It won't sound exactly the same but it's the best approach.
