So, My town tree has been growing a lot lately, and it has 10 clusters of leaves. But I have some questions. According to the animal crossing wiki (here), You have to play 100 days and 100 hours to get to this stage. Um, no. I've only played about 400-500 hours/16-20 days. Can someone tell me what the ACTUAL play time that you have to play is? And another thing is that to get the biggest tree, it says you have to play 500 days. To me, that doesnt sound realistic because that's about 2 years.
I think it might mean EITHER 100 days or 100 hours.
And yeah, that's true: I don't know if you've seen it but the biggest tree is huMONGOUs. I'm pretty sure it covers all if not more than the plaza itself. Aika village has an example if youre willing to pay to go to the dream town. They definitely got it through TTing, however.
500 days and 500 hours is the max. If you've played since day one of release, it should be full size about this November. I don't know what to tell you about that first thing.
It has to be both. I have played for over 500 hours and around 300 days and my tree is on the second-to-last stage. Would you be able to post a picture of your tree? "Wood". Heh.
2 years of canon game is realistic haha. I almost wish I hadn't TT'd just so I can be excited whenever my tree grows, it's pretty neat.
I've read dozens of things about the growth rate of the tree and I'm not sure about any of them so I can't really...give you an exact figure for that, but it's probably 100 hours they're talking about. @_@;
Yesterday I TT all the way to Sept to bought some sweet part, then I saw my town tree has 10 clusters (yay!) But when I tt back to actual date it went back to 5 cluster only (nay) so yea guess you must really play for 500 days 500 hours.
I think if you TT the tree will grow faster because it counts those as days (whether you TT forward or backwards it's still 1 day if it's a different day).
