Town Tree Question

So I've had the game since July 14[SUP]th[/SUP], 2013. I've had the same town since then. I've gotten the 500 hours badge. But my town tree won't grow! I've played for over 300 days and its still small.

I've been playing since the day the game came out, and my town tree has 3 leaf tufts- it still looks like the tree on the default town flag. It was bigger at one time, and then it shrunk. I have no solid idea as to why. Your town tree looks nice and fluffy compared to mine. :/

I think the tree will regrow its leaves over time (we just got out of winter, but I would have thought it'd regrow by now.. Oh well)

It gets smaller for winter and fall I think, but I don't know if it'll regrow in spring or not.

Ohhh ok. I knew about that part, but according to ACNL Wiki, I already have the 300 days and hours tree. Ok! Thanks all!
