Town Tree Help

Hi all, so I want to get my town tree to level 4 to sell my town. However, I don't know why it isn't level 4 already. I have played for 55 hours and have played the game 122 times. Anyone know why it may still be level 3?

If you're positive you've played for that many hours and you're tree isn't growing then you can't you just time travel ahead to see if you're tree has grown? If you're going to sell your town anyways then time traveling should have no adverse affects.

If I've played the game 122 times, that means that at the vary least (49 days) I've played the game roughly 2.5 times on each day which I don't think is accurate. I might time travel to get the days up

I'm pretty sure I've met the hours requirements since I'm 5 hours over 50 hours so I couldn't have wasted 5 hours in title screens and time lost from not saving so it must be the days. I guess I'll time travel to get the days up
