Town theme idea: a blond town

I had another town idea! As always, please note that I WILL NOT be making this town and feel free to take anything you like from here.

It's a town dedicated to celebrate blond hair, just because. All villagers will be blonde and the mayor and human characters will be famous blondes. Paths should be yellow-ish, trees would mostly be lemons, yellow flowers.

Mayor and characters:
Goldilocks (fairytale house)
Marilyn Monroe (hollywood/movies themed house)
John Smith (house could have an "england" room and a forest/pocahontas one?)

Villagers (all personalities included):

Vladimir
Bud
Derwin
Colton
Klaus
Alice
Bella
Monique
Pancetti
Paula

There's Tammi, Soliel, Goldie, Willow, Bonbon, Caroline, Penelope, Frita, Francine and Chrissy (I wouldn't, but the are blond)

There's Tammi, Soliel, Goldie, Willow, Bonbon, Caroline, Penelope, Frita, Francine and Chrissy (I wouldn't, but the are blond)
