I've recently decided to reset my town (although I love it dearly) and start over from scratch due to the awkward layout, bad placement of buildings, rocks, and ponds, and other random things. I have a little bit of everything, and I'm awful at pricing (ESPECIALLY with TBT), so please leave your offer in the comments
