Town Planning Help?

I love my town layout, but I'm becoming overwhelmed with decisions of where to put what! Any ideas? (red dots are rocks)



A few things:

-I'd like quite a few PWPs like the fountains, metal bench, illuminated heart, wisteria trellis, and eventually the flower clock, and I'm open to suggestions of others.

-I don't really like how I have the animals houses.

-I like using paths so I don't run on the grass.

-I'd also like space for 3 of each fruit tree and some regular trees

-And of course I need space for flowers.

Is it possible for me to fit it all? Thanks for your help!

First - I love your map! I like the pond placements.


Thoughts:
- flower clock could go beneath the train station
- flower arch may fit below the cafe
- you could keep the 4 houses right below the river but move the 3 in the lower row
- those lower 3 could go on the other side of the river, or below the town tree, or on the river bluff.
- Lighthouse would be cute on the bottom left of the river
- some houses could go right above the town hall and police station - 2? 3 houses?
- I really like where the human houses are. They are in good spots and allow enough space for the PWPs scattered through your town.

Yeah I put in a lot of time to make them that way, but I think it looks too crowded in that area now.

Yeah I put in a lot of time to make them that way, but I think it looks too crowded in that area now.

I like that they are aligned, but the one next to the cafe is too close and looks a bit crowded. If you remove the bottom row and place it next to the other two houses under, it will not look as crowded. You can also split it into groups of two houses all over the map. I have never done this but I think it might. Look quite nice with your layout.
