Noir Cycling Thread!
Hello, and welcome to my cycling thread! I just reset my old town Tanuki, and since I've been working on Latte, I've decided to turn it into a cycling town.

Rules
-I am a full-time student. Please do not get impatient if I don't respond immediately. I get home at around 6 pm PST due to track practice, and if I have major exams or lots of projects one week, I may not be on very much at all.
-You are free to reserve a villager for 75 TBT. Unless you reserve a villager, villagers are all traded on a first come first serve basis.
-If you claim a villager without reserving, you have 30 minutes to pick them up. If not, I will make them available again.
-If you reserve, you will be given 24 hours to pick up your villager. If you do not pick your villager up by then, it will be up for first come first serve. You still need to pay the tier price on top of the 75 TBT when you pick your villager up, unless they are in tiers 4 or 5.
-You are expected to pay prior to coming over to my town.
-If a villager in tiers 4 or 5 is unclaimed, they will be auto-voided.
-You are welcome to lurk!
-I do my best to keep the villagers original. They may have a different shirt, but unless I got them from Streetpass, they are guaranteed to be original.
-If I can't find someone on this forum to adopt a villager fast enough, I may put them up for free adoption on acnladopt.
-Prices are 100% negotiable. PM me with offers if you need to.
-If needed, I will refund your reserve TBT if something comes up.
Prices (these are flexible, just offer what you think is reasonable)
Tier 1: 200 TBT + 75 TBT reserve fee (if applicable)
Tier 2: 120 TBT + 75 TBT reserve fee (if applicable)
Tier 3: 75 TBT + 75 TBT reserve fee (if applicable)
Tiers 4 and 5: Free
