Cycling Town of Conroy Cycling!!! All Villagers Free No Matter What Tier!!!

Hey Guys! So I wanted to start my own cycling town, because I just think that it's such a wonderful idea! I want to make all villagers absolutely free! And because this is only my secondary town, I really don't care if you want to run or not, honestly. Just do follow me to the villagers house!!
My Starting list is:

Gloria
Lucy
Croque
Cobb
Rocket
Ed

Lurking is most definitely allowed, and I'll do my best to keep reservations, but they'll be first come first serve. I'm currently using the Foolproof Cycling Method, so if you missed someone, chances are they'll be back pretty quickly!
