Town Name Help?

So I like town names with a space in between (ie Sun Hope, Sky View, ect.)

I need help coming up with names like this? It'll need to be a four letter word and a three letter word, or two three letter words. Can you guys help?

I like the Tea Cup suggestion! Some of the others seem a bit too common, and the ones with two four letter words wouldn't have room for a space...
