Buying Town Makeover

Looking for someone to help me makeover my town.

I need the whole package:

• a path (my favorite patterns are red brick)
• bushes (pink/blue hydragenas)
• town flag
• cutting down trees and replanting

I currently alternate black tulips, pink tulips, bushes, and clovers to line my paths.

I'm willing to pay up to 2 million IGB.
