To me, I really want my town tree in the center. I dont want a private beach really. It seems like a pain to have to swim there. I'd also like to have my shops close together so I can make a town sqaure type thing. Town hall should be by the tree or the shops. I want my house were ever is convenient. Ideally, Id want my river separating my shop area and residential area. I dont care what villagers I get. I dont reall care about the train station either. I guess my town theme will depend on that. For fruit I want cherries, apples or peaches. NO PEARS lol
