I remember once Apollo took the shirt I specifically sent him to wear and tried to sell it back to me later that day... :| But I still love him anyways.

Jeremiah bought something from me, then a day or so later was selling it in Re-Tail.

It's happened to me a couple of times that villagers have requested stuff from me and then later gave it back to me, tried to sell it in Re-Tail (before I swapped out all the items in it with overpriced fruit), gave them to each other, or even offered to sell it back to me. I can't remember specific names right now though.

All in all, my villagers are actually pretty sweet and not jerky... I tend to think of that as them being really eccentric and forgetful.

Same. I let Kid Cat buy my dartboard off of me. The next day, in Re-Tail. He's so ungrateful lollll.

In my main town, Sowon, nobody has really done that! Unfortunately, Punchy bought my green zap suit shirt off of me and now half of my villagers are wearing it. At least it made Julian change out of his stupid duck shirt. Now I have Chief, Punchy, Whitney, and Julian all in the same shirt.

One time Marina gave Zucker a grey tank and he changed into it immediately. :\ I told him it looked okay though so I wouldn't sound mean but now. he. won't. change. I need to mail his flan tank back to him but I need to mail 2 otherwise he'll just put it in his house. Marina's a jerk tho. jk I miss her a bit!
