I plan on making 2 more characters for my town, one with have a school as a house and the other a japanese-styled inn or something similar, but I'm not sure where they (or anything else really) should go. Some suggestions would be really nice!! Ignore any PWPs and trees you see as I'll be removing all of them (except for the permanent ones, of course.)

My dream address is 4500-3847-5805. Any suggestions at all would be lovely! (It's going to be zen-themed town (and I use that term loosely)).

I'll head over to your DA now and let you know what I think~

Hi! I just finished my visit, and I think you could add the houses on the north side of the river! Also, I think it would be nice to let some bamboo grow as it pleases (but not too wild). I also think you could make an onsen, with the hot spring PWP close to it.
Best of luck!

I really like the onsen idea! I would like a little bamboo around the japanese-style house.

I'll check it out, and post my thoughts. :)

That'd be great, thank you! ♥

Sorry to respond so late- had lots of work today. Okay, first I wanted to just compliment your little white bedroom. So cute.

The little square between Chrissy, Pekoe, Tammy and Gladys's place needs a mini-park. I don't know if a log bench would fit in there, but if it did, ohmigosh do it. Your map's little residential island totally needs its own gathering place for the villagers.

I admit, it was very hard for me to conceptualize your map, with so few trees and no tiles put down. It has a lot of open space, especially with your retail row lined up tight in the northern map. I'd love to see such a sprawling map turned into a more wild, rustic space, with lots of coniferous trees and stump chairs, maybe with cut bamboo "fences" marking the border of the cedar treeline (am I making any sense? I'm talking about how cedars won't grow past a certain point on the map, and marking that with a cropped bamboo walkway.)

For PWPs, I'd love to see the totem pole, bonfire, the aforementioned log bench, and picnic blanket around there, with a touch of something more odd, like a Smug art pwp.

I'd like to revisit once you've planted more stuff- seeing how you divide space will help me give a less general critique.

Thanks! Yeah, I cut down all my trees and stuff so I could try to plan where my paths would go - if a log bench wouldn't fit between their houses (since I plan on moving Francine in right next to Chrissy), I could do it where I put down the picnic basket. I'll definitely be planting some trees and flowers around everyone's houses, though.
A rustic, tree-heavy area would be nice around the campsite, I think.
