I like the idea of the zen colors with your autumn town but fairytale could also work

I think the Zen one could go well with it, too. Just has a more natural feel.

Regular for sure. Would you choose one of the renovations, it would suggest another theme than your forest. Imagine a small rural town, it would all be very basic.
