Town Hall Remodels

So, I just got perfect town today (I have no idea how considering the circumstances but that is another story...) and I am now able to remodel the town hall. I've seen the outside of the remodels, but are the insides any different? If so what do they look like. I really wanna know because it could be a deal-breaker.

I have the remodels available but I don't think I'm gonna do any. I don't like any of them more than the standard one so why waste 500 000 bells. There's no benefit besides a different looking town hall right?

Awww that sorta sucks. Well, I guess it's an indicator of a perfect town, so that might be a reason. But who knows, idk whether I'll build one.

Yep, not a single one. I have the fairy tale town hall and the inside is still the same. I'd only really advise you to get it if: a) you have money to throw out like it's nothing, as you said b) to show you have a perfect town without putting jacob's ladders in your town or c) if you want to have a theme to your town. I'll admit though. Some of the exterior house themes weren't made into town hall models and that really makes me wonder why they didn't include more.

I agree; there should be more to the outside. I don't really like any, but if I had to choose I think I'd go with the Japanese style. Other than that, I'm not changing my Town Hall. :/

That's every public project except the bridges/buildings (Cafe, Police Station) in a nutshell. Everything is just for looks.

I actually want a segment of my town to be a Japanese bamboo garden the other side of my Town Hall, so I was pretty happy with changing it.
Also when is more choice ever a bad thing? I just don't understand the logic in only having choices for some of the buildings. I would rather everything matched, Where is my modern re-tail and fairytale cafe? xP
