Gallery Town flag?

Hi, I'm looking to commission someone to design a town flag for me? I am a shocking artist and just can't get any of my ideas to work... I'm willing to pay for your time and the design

I recently made a town flag for myself with a dolphin on it, I could try to make one for you too.
What would you like to have on it? For me it's easiest to work with pixel images.
As of the payment, I don't ask that much, but a tip would be appreciated.
