Buying Town Designing... Help.

When I play animal crossing, I love making money and breeding for hybrids and upgrading and decorating my house. But one thing I've always been kind of "bleh" at is designing my town. I really want to make a good looking town, but I don't know how. So I want to hire someone who is good at that kind of stuff. I have a path and.... sort of an idea of what I like and what I want, but I'm not sure how to put it all together. I don't know. I'm willing to pay.... 200tbt for someone to come over and help me plan out my town.

I would love to help you! for free cause I think it's a lot of fun to do
there is just one but and that is the time zone, cause otherwise it's so anoying to 'meet' eachother on late or early times.
