Town Anniversary

I went to my town's anniversary of 5 years. This is the first time I've actually been on to go to it, and I would've missed it this year if I didn't TT. Finally cataloged the sapling clock. xD Anyone else just have this issue of missing that one day?

The game for some reason didn't celebrate my town's first anniversary... I did, however, get the sapling clock a year after that.

I can't ever remember celebrating my town's anniversary but apparently I have in the past because I do have the sapling clock. I know I had probably missed it a few times in the past because its in the middle of September and that was usually when I was in school.

despite only having a couple of towns since the game's release, i've never been on during halloween or the harvest festival!! i can't wait for them this year ^^

The town anniversary event wasn't originally in the game; it was added with the Welcome Amiibo update in November 2016. So each town has only had the event once or twice so far (unless you time travel, of course).
