Topiaries PWP

So, I know you got these from weeding day, which only heppens once for your town (correct me if I am wrong and when it annully happens) what is the other way to get the Topiaries PWP.

The only way to get the topiaries through normal play is from Weeding Day,which occurs on the last Friday in April in North America.The only other way is by hacking your game.Here's a link to an older thread on the subject:

I believe that is the only way to get them. You have to have a completely weed free town in order to obtain them on Weeding Day, so yeah, it's the only way to obtain them. If you do have a completely weed free town, then all you have to do is talk to Leif and he will give them to you and then they should be in you public works projects list.

Do you guys know if you can get the PWP by doing weeding day in another persons town?

Nope, Leif would have to speak to the mayor to unlock the topiaries. Not only that, but topiaries are only unloled if your town is weed free. You can't pluck weeds and get a topiary (I'm pretty sure).
